Resiliency Centers
The Advo360 Resiliency Center module is built for organizations serving a community after mass violence.
This is not a feature page. This is a proof point.
Resiliency centers are different from standing victim services programs. They are stood up in response to a specific event. Staffed by advocates who may be new to the organization or deployed from partner agencies. Operating under intense time pressure with immediate reporting obligations. Serving people who are actively in crisis.
Generic case management software was not designed for this. Advo360 was.
Organized around the event
Every record, service, and report is tied to the event the center was created to serve. Advocates never have to select it. It is already there.
Services that match the work
Advocacy, navigation, individual and group therapy, art and animal therapy, acupuncture, safety planning, community debriefing, interpretation, and referrals, logged in a single entry with the time spent and the contact method.
Crisis calls and outreach
Log a crisis call in one click from any screen. Record community tours and outreach events alongside services.
Grant-aligned reporting
Reports built for the federal Antiterrorism and Emergency Assistance Program (AEAP), plus services, crisis calls, outreach, and contact method reports, in Excel, PDF, or on screen. Exports identify people by display ID only. A staffing view shows service volume by day and hour.
Privacy-first dashboards
The landing screen shows counts and activity, never names. Safe to have open in a busy room.
A dedicated deployment
Each resiliency center gets its own deployment on U.S.-based cloud infrastructure, configured by Advo360, with the same security standards as every Advo360 module: required multi-factor authentication, encryption, and audit logging.
Built from a real deployment
This module was not designed in a conference room. It runs today at the Evergreen Resiliency Center, a program of Victim Outreach Inc. in Evergreen, Colorado. The features, the workflow, and the reporting exist because real problems surfaced during a real response and demanded real solutions.
That experience is built into every screen your advocates touch.
